Dr. Bharat Mody was invited as the chief faculty to demonstrate live knee replacement surgeries to Orthopaedic surgeons from Bangladesh as well as abroad, on 26th Feb. 2011 at NITOR, Dhaka. He also gave a series of lectures to the surgeons during the International Scientific Congress of Bangladesh Orthopaedic Society BOSCON 2011 held in Dhaka from 27th Feb. to 1st March 2011

Dr. Bharat Mody was Invited to write a Guest editorial in Orthopaedics Today Europe July-August 2010 issue.

2nd EFORT-Asia Symposium & APOA Conference in Taipei, November 2010

Dr. Bharat Mody was invited as a faculty to deliver lectures at the 2nd EFORT-Asia Symposium and also at the Asia Pacific Orthopaedic Association (APOA) Conference in Taipei, Taiwan, in November 2010

MEDICAL DIRECTOR
 

Dr. Harshida B. Mody, M. D.

Dr. Harshida Mody, completed her graduation in 1986 from Baroda Medical College. She post graduated from the same college in 1991. She is in charge of the overall supervision of medical and para-medical staff looking after patients at Welcare Hospital. She worked in the National Health Service of United Kingdom for four years before returning to India.

 

ORTHOPAEDIC SURGEONS

Dr. Pankaj Patni, DNB (Orth)

He graduated from Nasik Medical College, in 2004. He obtained the degree of DNB (Orthopaedics) from Sancheti Institute for Orthopaedic and Rehabilitation, Pune in 2009. After qualifying, Dr. Patni has trained and worked under the expert guidance of Dr. Bharat Mody.

 

Dr. Lalit Modi, MS (Orthopaedics)

He graduated from S.M.S. Medical College, Jaipur, in 2007. He obtained the degree of MS (Orthopaedics) from Dr. S.N. Medical College, Jodhpur in 2011. After qualifying, Dr. Modi has trained and worked under the expert guidance of Dr. Bharat Mody.

 

ANEAESTHETIST

Dr. Pankaj Mehta M.D. (Anaesthesia) Senior Anaesthetist

Dr. Pankaj Mehta completed his post graduation in 1989 from Baroda Medical College with specialization in Anaesthesia. He has been associated with Dr. Mody for more than 9 years now. He has been working as a consultant anesthesiologist and has been involved in major surgeries in Orthopaedics, Neurosurgery, Plastic surgery, Paediatric surgery, etc.

 

Dr. Chetna Agrawal M.D. (Anaesthesia) Consultant Anaesthetist

Dr. Chetna Agrawal post graduated in December 1999 from Baroda Medical College. She has been associated with Dr. Mody for a long time. She has been working as a consultant anaesthetist and has vast experience with major neuro-surgeries, vascular surgeries, pediatric surgeries, laproscopic surgeries etc.

 

INTENSIVE CARE PHYSICIAN

Dr. Anand Patel M.D. (Medicine) Intensive care physician

Dr. Anand Patel post gradutated in Jan 2002 from Baroda Medical college. He is a highly trained intensive care specialist with clinical experience. his supervision ensures the medical safety of our patients for their cardiac and other medical issues.
 

Along with a team of specialist doctors, Dr. Mody has a full fledged team of medical officers and physiotherapists too.

Our expert team of Physiotherapists headed by Dr.Riddhi Thakore, ensures that our patients get back on their feet as early as possible after surgery. Our physiotherapy staff is fully qualified and registered with The Health Professionals Council.

ADMINISTRATIVE TEAM

The Medical team is very ably and efficiently supported by a well-trained administrative staff. The large team handles the day-to-day working of the hospital. Their contribution to the success of the organization is valuable and contributes to delivering a high level of patient satisfaction.

The administrative team is led by
Mr. Vikram Rathod. He holds an MBA in Hospital Administration and has an experience of six years in this field.
   
The administrative team is assisted by Ms. Smita Singh, who is working as an Assistant Administrator. She completed her Master Degree in Hospital Management from Osmania University, Hyderabad.

FINANCE & MEDICLAIM DEPARTMENT

Mr. Rajeevkumar Nair

 A dedicated team is involved in helping patients with their billing, re-imbursement from medical insurance companies and corporates, cashless mediclaims, and other cashless benefits.

The Finance and Accounts Department is headed by Mr. Rajeevkumar Nair. He has a wide experience in dealing with Finance and Accounts for more than 25 years. He manages all aspects of finance in the organization and is also involved with the new hospital project.

The Mediclaim Department is headed by Ms. Shilpa Parikh and assisted by Ms Pooja Patel.

  • Patients are offered cashless mediclaim facilities. Our hospital is empanelled with all the major TPAs in the country
  • Proper guidance and instructions are given to the patients to help them avail cashless benefit.
  • For re-imbursible mediclaims, our staff provides all the required documents and helps with the paperwork.
  • We also help overseas patients to claim the medical expenses from their insurance companies back home.

OUR NURSING TEAM

Patient care is delivered by our well-trained Nursing team through the coordination and cooperation of each team member through delegation of assignments. Delegation of patients and duties are done at the beginning of the shift, while a summary of care given and outcomes resulting from patient care is conveyed at the end.

Our nurses enjoy working with patients - and it shows on their smiling faces. In addition to creating a warm, supportive, healing environment for patient and families, they provide the highest level of care.


OUR OT TEAM

We have an experienced team of theater technicians / nurses to assist the surgeons carry out all types of orthopedic surgeries and procedures with greater efficiency. The preoperative and postoperative areas include technologies that help our nurses meet each patient’s needs.

OUR HOUSEKEEPING TEAM

Our large and efficient housekeeping team is supervised by Mr.Sajid Shaikh.
The main functions of the housekeeping team of our Hospital are overall cleanliness, ensuring maintenance of the building and its infrastructure, linen management, waste management, pest control, infection control, safety and security of the patients as well as the infrastructure. All this ensures a pleasant ambience and promotes a healing environment.
